The activity of the Physics Department is predominantly oriented to prepare the theoretical foundation of engineers - based on which subsequently builds an engineering career. Physics course along with superior mathematics is the foundation the theoretical training of engineers, without which it would be impossible their activity in any field of technical development in the National economy. Taking into account the interpenetration of Physics and Technique, it is found that understanding and knowing the laws of Physics has a major importance in the training of the contemporary engineer.
